About the New Music Library
The New Music Library is a collection of music scores by contemporary composers.
This site provides a platform for composers to market their music to possible presenters (musicians, ensembles, artistic directors, etc.) and for presenters to easily browse through available scores that might fit what they are looking for.
Composers: There is no sign-up! Simply click Upload in the menu bar, fill in the information about your score and upload.
Presenters: You can browse the library by ensemble-type and/or by instrumentation. Simply click Search in the menu bar, fill in your search criteria and submit.
Disclaimer:
By uploading his/her music to this website the composer is allowing you to look at their scores and, if possible, to listen to their music, free of charge. However, this does not mean that you can use the music commercially (perform, record, redistribute, etc.) without the specific authorization of the composer. If you would like to do so, or have any questions about a certain score, please contact the composer directly by clicking the Contact link in the score preview.
